History: These are artificial eyes, same as his muscles, and with them active Zeke is near unstopable due to his ability to see and react better than anyone Zeke knows (Currently, Dante has equal speed when using his own abilities but Zeke hasn't met him yet). They allow him to see anything going slower than lightspeed and react to it with speed far greater than normal as well as allowing him to slow down time in his mind so that his body moves at his normal speed when everything else seems to move slow, when in reality he's just moving super fast.

Zeke has come to rely on this ability's slowing effect to allow him to intercept bullets in mid flight.
