Lost

"I can't wait Vergil. I have to do this. It wants me to find it." I said before speeding up.

I dashed faster and grabbed Ghost. "You have no idea what your running into." I said before I forced him to the ground.

"You don't understand either...IT NEEDS HELP AND IT NEEDS ME!" I said throwing Vergil off of me.

I pulled Yamato from it's sheath. "There is still much you don't understand Ghost." I said holding the blade at him. "If you try to help this demon then I must kill you." I said.

"Demon?" I said with a puzzled look. "Im not going to a demon im going to an item Vergil. I sense that the item is getting worried that it might be found by the wrong person and it has chosen me to protect it." I said pushing Vergil's blade away. "If you think I was going to the demon your crazy. I feel him to you know. He is to our left some where. Im going strait." I said before I began walking away.

I chuckled. "I must be getting old..." I said before I sheathed Yamato. 'At least he's still hidden away' I thought as I looked toward the place that Dante and I imprisoned a powerful demon. I caught a glance of someone heading in that direction so I followed.

I continued on my way to the demonic item. "Don't worry. Im on my way." I wisperedy to myself. I came up to an entrance to a cave. "This must be the place" I said. As I began to walk in I got ambushed by 5 Behemoths. Just barely missing a fist to the gut I jumped back. "STAY OUT OF MY WAY IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU." I yelled. Calling out my Katars I jumped up and grabbed them. On the way down I spread out my arms and sliced 2 of them directly in half. "You guys might want to run away if you don't want to end up like your friend." I warned. As quick as they showed up, they were gone. I continued on my way into the cave.

I stand in front of Ghost as he goes for the demonic item and say to him, "This will be as far as you go. I cannot allow you to retrieve this item. It is too powerful for someone like you. If you want to challenge me for it then so be it but I tell you now that I am more powerful than any pure demon ever dreamt of being." I say as I draw Death Reaper, waiting for his response.

"Dante, its not good to challenge people you know can't beat" Cepeda then appears from the shadows. "Besides even if he got his hand on whatever this "demonic object" it'll just kill him when he touches it"

"ghost, just go and get the thing " i said as i walked from behind him and drew red queen "i got your back " i said "dante big surprise that your here threating people" i said looking at him

"Whew, you guys lost me. Huh?" I ask, confusedly as I see Dante standing in front of Ghost. As my eyes adjust to the dimness of the cave, I see Cepeda standing off to the side. "Hey, Pedz. Where have you been?"

"Ahh just taking care of business, what about you guys and wheres Vergil and Rikku."

Path to demon: I had caught up to the figure. it was Rogue member and whatever they had planned I was intending to stop it. I decided to continue to stalk them until I'm certain of their intentions.

I summon Kidal and Death Reaper and look at Namine and say, "Come over here Namine." I then look Nero, then at Red Queen. I flip a quick smirk and hit Red Queen and knock it out of Nero's hand and catch it. Now holding both blades in my hand, I look between the three of them and say, "I will not let any of you pass it isn't and object which is behind me, but a being. It is a demonic incarnate of the Demon Emperor Mundus." At that instant I feel Vergil's pressence behind me and I think to myself, (How did he get behind me? He doesn't know that the being in this cave is that of Mundus.) I throw Red Queen towards the mouth of the Cave and place a barrier only breakable by Sparda, Vergil, Saiya, and Dante between Namine, myself and the others. I created it to go completely through the mountain so that no one could dig around it. "I'm sorry but I don't have time to play with you children right now, I have to go helpl my brother. Namine we have to hurry." I start running towards the direction at which Vergil's energy is.

"Is everyone getting too old to sense the item? or am I the only one who can. DANTE the item is deeper in the cave, I could care less about the demon just let me pass." I said pointing my finger deeper into the cave. I tried to walk deeper into the caves darkness but couldn't due to Dante's barrier.

"i can sense it too " i said then i look at ghost. i then pick up red queen and put it on my back."i got an idea. " i said as i walk to the barrier and put my devil hand on it."this was made out of demonic energy right? well i can absorb demonic energy." i said to ghost. seeing that dante left, i start absorbing the barrier."aghh! " i said as a hole formed in the barrier.i look at my devil beringer as it spreads to my right side of my chest and neck.i then look at ghost "you owe me, now lets go" i said

With no hesitation I rushed through the whole and began running deeper into the dark cave. "Better hurry up if you want to keep up." I said before dissapearing into the darkness.

clutching my chest, i run with ghost into the darkness wondering what it is that he's looking for

Cepeda's arm starts to burn and he thinks "Dam what is in here" Cepeda then looks at Dante "I might as well go with you nothing better to do anyway."

I look back slam Cepeda into the wall and my demonic voice I say, "Damn you what have you done. Where are the other two?" I sense them and realize that I was going towards another being, and not just a Demon or Vergil. I start to sense a second pressence of Mundus. "Damn it this is the prison of the Mundus reincarnations that I have heard legends about." Even though I know my new sword wouldn't be of much use, I summon Helios, then transform into my Celestial form. I grab my phone and call Vergil and leave him a message saying, "We have to get out of here. This is the prison for the Mundus Reincarnations. Get out!!!" I look at Cepeda and Namine and say, "Get Namine out of here, I have to help my brother." I turn and run in the true direction where his true essence of my brother is at.

"we better hurry, i think dante knows that we made it past his barrier " i said to ghost."he's gonna skin us alive " i said,still cluching my chest and running

I keep running charging enery into Helios and Death Reaper and put Death Reaper on my back and grab my phone and call Nero and try to tell him that this is a massive imprisonment for Mundus.

i pick up my phone(i didn't i had one) and listen to dante tell me about mundus's reacarnations."i know dante but i beleve ghost. if this is a trick then i will take care of it, i promise" i said to dante. then i hung up and continued running

Out of nowhere Nero and I ran into a dead end. Almost running head first I quickly threw my feet forward and contacted with the wall. Suddenly I heard a voice in my head. "Your almost here. Please help me before Mundus gets me."
"I know you need help but how do i get to you." I blurted out realizing that Nero didn't know who i was talking to I quickly explained to him. "The item tells me that we need to hurry before Mundus gets to it." Again I herd the Item's voice in my head. "Im just through the wall and the only way of entering is on this side." Once again I looked over at Nero and explained what I just heard. "The item is on the other side and the only way to open the doorway is on the other side of the door." I looked down and started thinking. Suddenly I got an idea. "Nero you have to trust me ok? What I want you to do is hit me with your strongest attack and try to make me fly at the wall." I said to Nero while activating fade. "Don't use a normal attack or you will just faze right through me. Use a magic based attack. I want to see if my fade can make me go through this wall." I added before I put my back to the wall and faced Nero.

"F!#$. I am going to kiill him. If they all get released then Mundes will be able to come back stronger than ever." I use Demon Sprint then open a portal to the direction where Nero and Ghost went and get in front of them. "THAT IS FAR ENOUGH! Get the hell out of here while I am letting you live. NOW GO." I point the blades of my weapons at them and wait to see what they will do.
