10 each time i use it on the same person more than 3 times

Effect: Heals targeted ally (Unable to use on myself)

Type of Ability: Long or close ranged healing

Element: Light

Damage: LETS SEE *MUMBLING* this plus this must equal this so: NONE

Def Increase: Give target a defence increase of 3 once every 15 uses (on the same person. wears of after 11 posts)

Atk Increase: 1 every 11 uses (on same person. wears off after 9 posts)

History: When i was attacked by whatever it was last year in the chocobo fields and nero was stabbed
in the leg and i regained controll of my self thankfully, i was thinking thoughts different from my own and i felt different aswell. i questioned myself for a couple seconds and wondered if i could heal Nero.
I tryed it and it worked so i decided to get it approved by an admin when i got enough time. when ghost and nero were all talking i wondered if i could use it on myself as because i was having a really bad head ache so i tryed it. it didnt work.
