She was used for her "unique" talents. As soon as she was able to start heading out on her own without being supervised by the higher ranked members she came across a slim miracle. Finding her brother Axel. Who, at the time, was their number eight. Over time she met her fate and figured out why she was with the Organization. This led her to flee. Over the course of her escape Axis grew stronger and also never forgot that her brother would still be with her in some small way. Thanks to that strong silbing bond the key brought itself to her.
