Icy Plains

I began walking across the freezing plains. I began to shiver. "Wow, It's cold enough here to make even me shiver." I said as I rubbed my arms. I found a small cave and sat down to get out of the freezing breeze. I grabbed several rocks that were sitting in the cliffs and dug down in the snow to find something to burn. I found some dry grass by the entrance and a few sticks lying about. I used Force-Edge and Oni to start a spark and ignited the grass which started to flare the sticks. I enjoyed the warmth of the small fire, and I'd much rather be back in the Demon World Prison then be stuck here in this frozen wasteland.

I am treading through this arctic wasteland when all of the sudden I encounter, beasts that look as though they are made of snow. As an instinct I quickly draw Rebellion off my back just to see how the react. At that moment I hear a loud shriek/roar come from one of them. Then as I cover my ears I am sent flying by the monstrous beasts. "Damnit I trully was hoping that I could go somwhere without being attacked by a single creature." At that instant I hear a loud rumbling sound that was only getting louder, so I look behind myself and see that there was an avalanche right behind me. Not a moment after looking back I am up to my feet and I pull Rebellion out of the snow and slash my way through the beasts so I can get down the mountain. "Damnit! I really hate this right about now." As the snow is hitting my face I try to look into the distance and I manage to see a tree. I try to leap from the snow but it wasn't solid enough to allow it so I sunk into the snow instead. "Well this is just great." At that moment when I was about to get out of the snow I was engulfed by the avalanche.

I suddenly stood up when I heard the avalanche. I decided I must go investigate the cause and went running out into the frozen planes. At first I thought the Sins had come to get me and used an avalanche to lure me out. but I found a small portion of Dante's Coat flopped on the snow so I began to dig down and pulled him out. "Why do I always get you out of trouble?" I asked as I pulled him out of the snow. I heard a loud roar that seemed to come from the blizzard itself. "We have to go Dante, We need to get you warm." I said as I began to lead him to the small cave.

I appear out from underneath a pile of snow. "How does this bug you? i like the cold."

I was startled by Namine's sudden appearance and dropped my brother and pulled my blade out of reflex. I then put my blade back in it's sheath when I realized who it was. "you know, where were from we don't get much snow." I said as I picked Dante up again.

"Ahhh. But where exactly is that?" I said with a confused look on my face.

"you wouldn't see us the same way if you found out." I said as I took my brother and headed toward the cave. "you're welcome to come if you wish." I said looking back.

"You don't know that for a fact. And okay." I said following Vergil.

Chaos and i(in Terror form)came to the fields"HELLO NAMINE!"I said to her walking over to Dante and Vergil"rrrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaagggggggggggggghhhhhhhhh"Chaos roared

"Can't cold weather hurt dragons..? I thought it was a reptile.. and reptile's are cold blooded." I sighed.

I don't even turn around. "Blaze... I'd suggest you send Chaos back before he becomes a large frozen fossil." I said.

"For once, I was right about something. How much farther to the cave, Vergil?" I smiled.

"just a little longer. it didn't seem that far when I went to help Dante." I said then I saw the faint glow of the embers. "there it is." I said pointing toward them. 'looks like I need a new fire.' I thought.

"Hmm. I see it." I said, staring ahead

When we got to the cave I ran my blades together to start a spark. "there that should keep us warm for a while.

"Okay. How's Dante doing?" I look over at him.

"He's fine... the cold was stopping his healing but he'll heal soon." I said as I started to through stuff into the fire. "In Demon Realm we'd fight even more nasty creatures then those beasts out there." I said as I took off my coat and placed it under Dante's head as a pillow.

"Ohh. That's good." I said, warming my hands by the fire.

I hit Blaze in the face with my sheath. "I don't need your help, fool" I said as I sat down and closed my eyes, feeling the warmth of the fire.

I laughed a little. Then leaned up against a boulder.

"hph"i dismist choas and turned back to normal and started to go to sleep

I threw a rock at Blaze's head. "You're not falling asleep, are you?"

"ow, not now"i yelled

"That's what I thought." I said.
