History: By focusing my energy to various parts of my body I began to develop keen reflexes. These newly acquired reflexes benefited me in more ways than one. I found that I was able to jump twice as high as I normally could. I began to get faster at running.I was able to run for longer ammounts of time. I was able to react to an attack faster than before. This technique took me nearly 100 years to develop. I felt more alive then I ever have been. I plan to use this power to keep myself from getting into a tough fix and obtaining better battle knowledge.
