I open a portal next to Ghost and Cepeda and ask sarcastically: "Ya miss me?"

I smack Cecil and smiled. I looked over to Ventus and raised my hand to the portal. "After you. You will not be killed. I will stop before you get hurt." I said to him as I looked into Ventus' eyes with sincerity.

Warren jumped through a sin rift. "Eventually I don't think that You'll be able to keep up with him though... look at his bloodline." He said with a chuckle. "Prince Nero Will be able to stomp you once he awakens his full power." Warren said before bursting into laughter.

"Really now? I am getting close to being as strong as Vergil and Dante. I can hold my own. All I have to do is learn to control the suppressed power within me and I will be well on my way to standing toe to toe with them." I said as I looked over to Warren.

That made Warren laugh even harder. "I don't think so... Lord Vergil would slaughter you." He said with a large grin. "He'd never allow you to surpass him." Warren said with a serious face as if he were a different person.

"I'm not talking about surpassing him. I'm talking about being able to fight with him without dying and giving him a run for his money." I said as I looked Warren directly in the eyes.

"but it would have turned to one because of this underlings pompous attitude and a superior attitude. And now i think he's offended and frankly i couldn't care less even if he's stronger than me because i'm really in need of training"

I began to walk off and opened a portal in front of me. "Hope your ready to sweat." I said with big smile on my face.

We came out of the portal to reveal a room with work out equipment. "Today I though we would work on your muscle mass. You look a little scrony and it wouldn't hurt to put on some muscle." I said as I loaded some weights on a barbel.

i start to work out intensly increasing my strength but not muscle mass knowing muscular endurance is where strength is needed

"You are doing good. Enough with the warm up. Its time to really work those muscles." I said as I added more weight to the barbel.
