The Castle

"That's because I didn't think of it. They are still at your manor." I said as I smacked myself in the forehead.

I chuckled as I snapped my fingers and they suddenly appeared on Ventus' legs and arms. "Being a demon lord has it's advantages sometimes." I said with a smile. "After he's done, I suggest you do it too, you seem to be getting slow yourself." I said with a smile before I disappeared again I returned to Nero and place my hands behind my back. "This training session is going to get interesting." I said with a smile.

"I will. I have been needing to train." I said as I jumped off Ventus' back and began to run next to him. "Oh and Ventus. If you begin to slow down or slack off the weights will get heavier. Just a quick warning." I said with a chuckle.

I gave a slight yawn and summoned my Demons. I noticed a small imp, I walked over to it. "Who are you?" I asked it. "I'm Ikki, sir. I'm at your command... say did you know your half human?" It asked me. I sighed and looked at one of my demons. "Sorry sir, he's new." It said. I chuckled. "I was going to send the whole hoard towards that kid over to scare him a bit, but have fun Ikki." I said as I patted the small demon on the back. Ikki nodded and flew at Ventus and Ghost with tremendous speed.

I stood there calmly. "Must you have me test the newbie?" I said jokingly as I tapped my foot on the ground. Tree roots came out of the ground and grabbed the Ikki. I snapped my fingers and they tossed him at me. I quickly jumped up and kicked him to the ground. "Your pretty fast but you can be faster." I said as I landed.

Ikki rubbed his face. "Ow, what was that for?" He said in a squeaky voice.

"Think of it as.......initiation." I said with a big grin.

Ikki Scratched his head. "My mom never told me that I'd have to go through initiations... It hurts." He said as he began to rub his head.

"Probably because you never asked. Trust me. This is just the beginning. Most new recruits don't make it past initiation because it is too rough. I sense you have potential. Don't quit no matter what. Vergil will teach you a lot if you stick with him." I explained to Ikki.

i look at the imp then back at vergil."father, why do you have a young demon in your ranks? " i said

I looked over at Nero. "I'm not a fool like Mundus, even the weakest of demons can overcome a more difficult foe by manipulating themselves." I said in a serious and wise tone. My facial expression lightened up and I smiled. "And he makes me laugh." I said as I chuckled a bit.

i look at young imp then laugh." ah ok i see now " i said as i watched the imp trip

I chuckled. "I just wanted to see if he'd follow my orders at anytime... I want him to be a scout and a messenger though." I said with a smile.
