History: Cecil gained this power when he went to talk to Mudus for the second time, to ask for this power to able for him to use, in his plan to draw everyone to forgotten city only to use this to destroy all of them, but with mundus on a whole other exisitance to survive the blast, to allow him to rule all of existance itself. When Mundus granted him this power Cecil began wondering how he was going to draw everyone to forgotten city. He had a plan, a plan of massive sacrifice. His trap: Give into the night, the night that casts the end of Cecils enemies and Forgotten city.

No Offense to Nero or Cecil. But, if this has the abliily to destroy the world, then the drawback should be greater, then if at full strength. What is the difference between holding back and Full strength, you could easily say, that you destroy a world, but say it wasnt at full strength and survive.

I agree completely with Cepeda, there is not matter if you use full strength or not if you destroy a world you destroy yourself.
