Why can't you just read it?

Cepeda sighs, and opens a portal and gets his reading glasses. Cepeda then begins to read the book.

It's Glowing?

Cepeda sees the X-Blade glow as suddenly the text appears,

You if you can read this, than you are a keyblade master, and the organization must have succeuded, well than, you must destroy kingdom hearts, with you and the power of your friends, you can destroy it and in order to transform it back into the body of light, you must sacrifice something dear.
